Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches possible in the warned area through the morning hours. With the saturated soil conditions, most of this rain will run off quickly and cause flash flooding along creeks and streams and rural roads. Flash flooding is also possible in urban areas.
