SOUTHEASTERN LOUISA AND NORTHEASTERN LEE COUNTIES...

At 738 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across much of the 
warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash 
flooding is expected to begin shortly.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches possible in the warned 
area through the morning hours. With the saturated soil conditions, 
most of this rain will run off quickly and cause flash flooding 
along creeks and streams and rural roads. Flash flooding is also 
possible in urban areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
