central Illinois has been cancelled. The threat for additional heavy
rainfall amounts and flash flooding has moved off to the east and

  east of the area, but there is still the chance for quickly
  rising water around some creeks and streams over the next 1 to 
  2 hours.

A Flash Flood Watch means that flash flooding is possible.
Monitor forecasts and take action if flash flood warnings are

  Daviess, Putnam, Rock Island, Stephenson, and Whiteside. In 
  east central Iowa, Clinton, Jackson, and Scott. 

* Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon

* Additional rainfall amounts up to one quarter inch are still
  possible across portions of Bureau and Putnam counties over the
  next 1 to 2 hours, but in general the threat of additional heavy
  rainfall has moved off to the east of the area. But there is
  still the chance for quickly rising water around some creeks and
  streams over the next few hours.
