...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 PM CDT THURSDAY
FOR NORTHERN ASHLAND COUNTY...

At 825 PM CDT, emergency management reported water over State 
Highway 169.

Minor flooding is occurring near Mellen. 

At 825 PM CDT, the level of the Tyler Forks River near Stricker Road 
near Mellen was at 10.09 feet. Minor flooding of low lying areas is 
possible. Additionally, the Bad River at US Highway 2 will continue 
to rise before cresting Thursday evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
