  Bedford County in south central Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Huntingdon County in central Pennsylvania...
  Somerset County in south central Pennsylvania...
  Southern Blair County in central Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Cambria County in central Pennsylvania...

* Until 115 PM EDT.

* At 1009 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain which will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. 
  Up to one and a half inches of rain has already fallen over 
  southern Somerset County, and this heavy rain is spreading 
  northeast. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Meyersdale, Confluence, Altoona, Johnstown, Somerset, 
  Hollidaysburg, Westmont, Bedford, Everett, Roaring Spring, Berlin, 
  Martinsburg, Lakemont and Cresson.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
