The National Weather Service in Columbia has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  East central Calhoun County in central South Carolina...
  Southeastern Richland County in central South Carolina...

* Until 445 AM EDT.
    
* At 415 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 7 miles northeast of St. Matthews, or 17 miles
  northeast of Brookdale, moving north at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Eastover.

This includes Interstate 77 between mile markers 7 and 10.
