* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Lexington County in central South Carolina...
  Northwestern Richland County in central South Carolina...

* Until 1115 AM EDT.

* At 1014 AM EDT, Local officials reported ongoing flooding in 
  northwest Columbia. The heavy rain has ended and no additional 
  flooding is expected, but the ongoing flooding will be slow to 
  recede. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Columbia, Lexington, West Columbia, Cayce, Irmo, Forest Acres,
  Springdale, Dentsville, Oak Grove, St. Andrews, Red Bank, South
  Congaree, Pine Ridge, Arcadia Lakes, Five Points, Woodfield,
  Chapin, Seven Oaks and Lake Murray Of Richland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
