  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have 
  already fallen over the past 3 hours. Additional rainfall up to 2 
  inches is possible over the next couple of hours.

  Columbia, Aiken, North Augusta, Lexington, West Columbia, Cayce,
  Irmo, Forest Acres, Springdale, St. Andrews, Batesburg, Dentsville,
