...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CDT THURSDAY...

The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect until 4 AM CDT Thursday. 

* TIMING...through 4 AM CDT.

* WINDS...sustained at 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* IMPACTS...from high winds knock down trees due to saturated 
  soils. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that wind gusts of 35 mph are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially for
high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
