...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM CDT
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow ongoing. Storm total snowfall of 6 to 11 
  inches is expected by this evening. Northerly wind gusts to 35 
  mph will create white out conditions, especially in open 
  country.

* WHERE...La Moure and Dickey counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions. 
  Expect significant reductions in visibility at times. Do not 
  use cruise control in winter driving conditions. Strong winds 
  and heavy snow may cause tree branches to fall, leading to 
  power outages.
