.Cold air settles across the region for the latter half of the
week, and will result in freezing temperatures later tonight into
early Friday morning. The anticipated freeze will likely bring an
end to the growing season.

* TEMPERATURE...lows in the upper 20s to near freezing.

* IMPACTS...Any cold sensitive plants will be damaged or killed 
  if precautions are not taken. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.
