* LOCATION...Mainly on summits along the Dalton Highway.

* WINDS...Northeast Winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts around 40 mph.

* TIMING...Strong gusty winds expected late morning through the 
  evening Wednesday.

A Wind Advisory means that strong winds are occurring or
expected. Travel may be difficult. Secure loose objects which may
be blown about by the wind.
