At 330 AM...radars detected a narrow band of light rain, lined up along an advancing cold front, which stretched from near Welch to Vinita to Locust Grove to Muskogee and Checotah. The band was moving east at around 20 mph. Rainfall amounts ranged from a trace to a few hundredths of an inch. Thru 545 AM...the band of light rain will continue to slide east across northeast Oklahoma with the cold front, nearing the Arkansas border by the end of the period. Given the narrow nature to the rain band, rainfall duration should not be much longer than 15 minutes or so. $$ Lacy
