The remnants of Tropical Storm Sergio in the Pacific are expected to move across the region this weekend, ahead of a strong cold front. Very heavy rainfall and flash flooding will be possible along the track of the system. The exact track of the remnant moisture is still uncertain, but the latest trends in the data suggest that the area with the greatest potential for heavy rainfall is roughly between I-44 and I-40 in eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. weather.gov/tulsa contains additional information. $$
