Showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue 
to develop and move west across Puerto Rico. These showers and 
storms will affect the interior and western areas of Puerto Rico
later today with periods of moderate to locally heavy rains and 
dangerous lightning strikes. The locally heavy rain will cause 
hazardous driving conditions and could result in minor flooding in
poorly drained areas.
