to develop and move west southwest across these areas. These 
showers and storms will affect the surrounding municipalities in 
the southwest and produce periods of moderate to locally heavy 
rains and dangerous lightning strikes. The locally heavy rain 
will cause hazardous driving conditions and could result in minor
flooding in poorly drained areas.
