Thunderstorms with moderate to heavy showers are affecting the 
north central area of Puerto Rico. Ponding of water on roadways 
and in poor drainage areas are expected. Brief gusty winds and
occasional lightning strikes are possible with the thunderstorm.
This activity is expected to dissipate in about an hour or so. 
The heaviest showers were occurring in and around Barceloneta and 
Manati.
