Through 4 PM...Widely scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms
will continue to develop and move west at 15 to 20 mph. These
showers or storms will affect areas across the north, west and 
western interior sections of Puerto Rico. The heaviest showers or 
storms will affect the municipalities of Las Marias, Anasco and 
Rincon. Locally heavy rain could result in minor flooding in 
poorly drained areas. Occasionally lightning strikes could also 
occur with this activity.
