.Short term...
TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT...Active surface trough across the
islands will continue to bring heavy showers and thunderstorms
tonight. RAOB from this afternoon depicts a saturated and an
unstable profile. The trough axis is to the southwest of the
islands with convections extending across the islands. The slowly
moving trough will continue to hold showers across the islands
through Thursday night. However, as the trough drifts farther
southwest, showers will gradually become numerous on Thursday
morning. Gentle northeast will shift east on Thursday morning. 


.Long term...
SATURDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...The aforementioned trough will remain
south of the islands through most of the new week. Moisture will
then remain south in association with the trough. Gentle east
winds will persist throughout the long term.

.Marine...
Seas of 5 to 7 ft will persist through the weekend. South swells
will elevate seas to above advisory levels on Monday. These swells
will continue to escalate seas 9 to 12 ft on Tuesday morning.
