southeast Pennsylvania including the Philadelphia metro areas. A 
thunderstorm is possible. Winds will become gusty at times with a
few gusts up to 30 mph possible, especially along the hilltops.
Rainfall will be locally heavy with 1/2 to 3/4 inches possible in
a few areas through 100 PM. Watch out for ponding of water on
roadways.
