Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight and Thursday

Freezing temperatures are likely late tonight and Thursday
morning, mainly west of a Seward to Sioux City line. 

Frost is more likely in Gage, Saline, and Jefferson counties,
where calm winds and clearing skies will allow frost to develop.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday night through Wednesday

The probability for widespread Hazardous Weather is low.

Flooding will continue on the Missouri River from around Nebraska
City to Rulo and for the lower Nishnabotna River in Fremont county
Iowa. 

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday night through Wednesday

Flooding is expected to continue on the Missouri River from 
Nebraska City to Rulo.
