Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Freezing temperatures are possible late tonight, mainly along and
west of a line from around Pender to Fremont and Beatrice. 

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

There is potential for a rain/snow mix briefly late Thursday night
into Friday morning, mainly north of a line from David City to
Fremont and then to Harlan Iowa. Little or no snow accumulation is
expected.

City to Rulo and for the lower Nishnabotna River in Fremont county

Flooding is expected to continue on the Missouri River from 
Nebraska City to Rulo.
