Flooding will continue on the Missouri River from Nebraska City to Rulo. Additional flooding could develop. Thunderstorm chances continue across southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa this afternoon and early evening. A few strong to severe storms will be possible over far southeast Nebraska and extreme southwest Iowa with the primary hazards being gusty winds possibly a brief tornado. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday night through Tuesday Flooding is expected to continue on the Missouri River from Nebraska City to Rulo, and possibly as far north as Plattsmouth. Additional rises in water levels could occur by Thursday. Patchy frost is possible west of a line from about Wayne to Schuyler late Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Some very light snow could mix with rain Friday morning, mostly north of Interstate 80 but no snowfall accumulations are expected. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
