.DISCUSSION...
Rain on the outskirts of Michael has been spreading into southern
portions of our area, while the northern sections have been under
the influence of downslope winds. As Michael tracks NE across GA
the downslope winds will subside and shift to a northerly
direction and rain will spread across the entire area. No major 
changes are needed to the forecast or impacts from Michael, but 
the update will adjust PoP/Wx/QPF grids to match radar trends.
Rain amounts of 1-2 inches are still expected in SW NC and along
the TN/NC border, with generally 0.5-1 inch elsewhere.
