southern Minnesota...and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Heavy rainfall along with scattered thunderstorms may produce 
localized flooding tonight, especially in south central to 
portions of east central Minnesota and west central Wisconsin.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Heavy rainfall will taper off Wednesday morning. However, the 
excessive rainfall may lead to an increased threat for river and 
lowland flooding later this week.
