Isolated thunderstorms may develop late tonight, mainly over the coastal waters. However a storm or two may move along the Treasure Coast, moving quickly to the north-northwest around 25 to 30 mph. Any storms will produce dangerous lightning strikes, strong gusty winds up to 40 to 45 mph and heavy downpours. .MARINE THUNDERSTORM GUST IMPACT... Isolated showers and squalls may develop across the area overnight, and will have the potential to produce occasional wind gusts of 35 to 40 knots over the local Atlantic and Intracoastal Waters, and over inland lakes. .WIND AND SEA IMPACT... Hazardous boating conditions will continue tonight with southeast winds around 15 to 20 knots producing seas up to 6 to 8 feet over the coastal waters. A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect for the entire coastal waters through late tonight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY. Major Hurricane Michael will continue to lift northward over the eastern Gulf of Mexico towards a landfall along the Florida Panhandle Wednesday afternoon. Abundant moisture well to the east of its center will remain entrenched over the area through Thursday leading to high coverage of showers with scattered storms through Thursday. Cloud to ground lightning strikes, gusty winds and temporary inundation of low-lying and poor drainage areas will be the main storm threats. Coverage of showers and storms will decrease from Friday through this weekend. Beach and boating conditions will remain hazardous through mid week. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
