The remnants of Hurricane Michael are forecast to move northeast and
eventually back out to sea through the Carolinas. While direct 
impacts from the remnants are unlikely, tropical moisture streaming 
north ahead of the storm may lead to a period of heavy rainfall 
Thursday.
