The Flood Warning continues for
  The Brazos River Near South Bend.
* At 0930 AM Thursday the stage was 20.99 feet.
* Flood stage is 21 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage by 
  Thursday morning and crest near 22 feet by Friday morning. The 
  river should fall below flood stage by Friday evening.
* At 21 feet, Minor flooding is expected along the river reach.
