...The flood warning continues for the following river in Kansas...

  Arkansas River At Hutchinson affecting Reno County.

  Arkansas River near Haven affecting Reno and Sedgwick Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two 
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around don't drown.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Arkansas River At Hutchinson.
* Until further notice.
* At  7:00 AM Thursday the stage was 9.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 11.2 feet by 
  early Sunday morning then begin falling.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet...Expect minor flooding of Carey Park, more so
  after a few days of ground water seepage.

  The Arkansas River near Haven.
* Until further notice.
* At  9:30 AM Thursday the stage was 10.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 11.9 feet by 
  early Sunday morning then begin falling.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet...Flooding overspreads pasture land along both
  banks to an extent of 30 feet. Water over tops the dike about 3 
  miles upstream from the gage site at Haven Road.
