  Washington County in east Tennessee...
  Greene County in east Tennessee...
  Unicoi County in east Tennessee...

* Until 100 PM EDT.

* At 904 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Johnson City, Greeneville, Erwin, Jonesborough, Tusculum, Banner
  Hill, Midway, Gray, Oak Grove, Spurgeon, Unicoi, Mosheim,
  Baileyton, Caney Branch, Leesburg, Chucky, Limestone, Limestone
  Cove, Rocky Fork and Avondale.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
