The National Weather Service in JACKSON KY has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Central Morgan County in southeastern Kentucky...
  North central Magoffin County in southeastern Kentucky...

* Until 800 AM EDT.

* At 457 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  West Liberty, Lewis, Malone, Haleburg, Greear, Moon, Florress,
  Rexville, Stacy Fork, Index, Logville and Jeptha.

Additional rainfall of up to an inch is expected over the area. This 
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
