EASTERN PULASKI...EASTERN GILES...CRAIG...MONTGOMERY...GREENBRIER...
SUMMERS AND MONROE COUNTIES AND THE CITY OF RADFORD...

The heavy rain has ended, and flooding is no longer expected to pose
a threat in the immediate time frame.

However, a Flash Flood Watch is in effect for part of this area 
today and heavy rain is expected to move into this area later 
this morning as Tropical Storm Michael moves northeast across the 
Carolinas.  Flash Flood Warnings and/or Flood Warnings will likely 
be issued for part or all of this area later today.

When it is safe to do so, please send your reports of flooding,
including mudslides or flooded roads, to the National Weather Service
