* Until 600 AM EDT.

* At 403 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause 
  urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to one 
  inch of rain has already fallen. 1 to 2 inches of additional 
  rainfall is expected over the next couple of hours. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  North Augusta, Grovetown, Evans, Augusta, Martinez, Clearwater,
  Fort Gordon, Belvedere, Hephzibah, Harlem, Jackson, Burnettown,
  Blythe, Keysville and Murphys Estates.
