The National Weather Service in Columbia has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Central Calhoun County in central South Carolina...
  Central Orangeburg County in central South Carolina...
  Southeastern Richland County in central South Carolina...

* Until 415 AM EDT.

* At 211 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to 
  thunderstorms. Radar estimates 1 to 2 inches rain has fallen. 
  Additional heavy rainfall expected. This will cause urban and 
  small stream flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Orangeburg, Brookdale, St. Matthews, North, Cameron, Neeses,
  Rowesville, Woodford, Cordova, Livingston, Cope, Wilkinson Heights
  and Edisto.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
