  North central Russell County in south central Kentucky...
  South central Casey County in central Kentucky...
  East central Adair County in south central Kentucky...

* Until 300 AM EDT/200 AM CDT/.

* At 1154 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause 
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has 
  already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Sano, Dunnville, Evans Ford, Rubert Ford and Phil. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
