  Menominee County in south central Upper Michigan...
  Southeastern Marquette County in north central Upper Michigan...

* Until 830 PM EDT/730 PM CDT/.

* At 423 PM EDT/323 PM CDT/, trained weather spotters reported heavy 
  rain causing urban and small stream flooding on Rock River Road 
  near Chatham, with about 200 yards of roadway underwater. Similar 
  conditions will be possible across portions of central and eastern 
  Upper Michigan through this evening. Around two inches of rain 
  have already fallen, with up to a half inch of additional rainfall 
  possible. 

Low lying roadways near creeks and streams are the most likely place 
to experience minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
