  Cow Creek Near Lyons affecting Reno and Rice Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two 
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around don't drown.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Cow Creek Near Lyons.
* Until late Sunday night.
* At  2:01 PM Wednesday the stage was 19.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 19.8 feet by this
  evening. The river will fall below flood stage Sunday afternoon.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet...The few residentail homes along Highway 14 
  just south of Avenue O may take on 2 ft of water. Some low spots on
  Highway 14 may become flooded.

El Servicio Nacional de Meteorologia en San Juan ha 
emitido...

* Una Advertencia de Inundaciones Urbanas y de Riachuelos para... 
  Guayanilla, Yauco and Penuelas...

* Hasta las 5:15 PM AST.

* A las 3:16 PM AST, el radar Doppler indico lluvia fuerte debido a 
  tronadas. Esto causara inundaciones urbanas y de riachuelos. Hasta 
  dos pulgadas de lluvias ya han caido.

MEDIDAS DE PRECAUCION/PREPARATIVOS...

Vira, no se ahogue cuando encuentre carreteras inundadas. La mayoria 
de las muertes relacionadas a inundaciones ocurren en vehiculos. 

Una Advertencia de inundaciones significa que rios o riachuelos 
estan elevados, o acumulacion de agua en areas urbanas esta 
ocurriendo o es inminente.
