The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Guayanilla Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Yauco Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Penuelas Municipality in Puerto Rico...

* Until 515 PM AST

* At 316 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
  the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The North Concho River Near Carlsbad.
* until Thursday morning.
* At  1:30 PM Wednesday the stage was 11.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this evening and continue to 
  rise to near 12.1 feet by this evening.the river will fall below 
  flood stage by this evening.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet...Minor lowland flooding will occur to ranch 
  land along the river. Secondary roads and low water crossings will 
  be flooded.
