The river has fallen below moderate flood stage and is now in minor 
flood stage. The river will continue to fall below flood stage
around sunrise Thursday.

* At  1:00 PM Wednesday the stage was 17.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by 
  around sunrise tomorrow.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet...Minor flooding will occur. Oil equipment
  and ranch land will be threatened.
