* from late Sunday night until further notice.
* At 1 PM Wednesday the stage was 12.9 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above minor flood stage late
  Sunday evening.
* Impact...At 14.0 feet...Water overflows into lowlands adjacent to 
  the river.
