  Northern Florence County in northeastern South Carolina...
  Darlington County in northeastern South Carolina...

* Until 100 PM EDT.

* At 1125 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers producing very 
  heavy rainfall across portions of Darlington and Florence 
  counties. These showers will likely cause flooding, especially 
  near low-lying, flood prone locations.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Florence, Hartsville, Darlington, Timmonsville, Lamar, Quinby, 
  Mont Clare, Mars Bluff, Lydia, Cartersville, North Hartsville, 
  Dovesville, Sardis, Effingham, Auburn, and Clyde.

Do not drive through flooded areas.
