* Moderate flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 15.5 feet by 
  early Friday morning then begin falling.
* Impact...At 15.7 feet...The Shirland Harrison road floods.

* Impact...At 13.5 feet...Old River Road west of Roscoe Bridge is 
  inundated.

  afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage by early Wednesday
  morning.

* until Saturday evening.
* At  915 AM Wednesday the stage was 15.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will remin near flood stage through Sunday.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet...Water begins to flow over N Canal Drive in 
  Woodland Shores. River out of banks and onto unimproved area on 
  west First Street in Dixon. Flooding of backyards at Sherman Avenue
  and River Street in Dixon. Flooding of some unimproved land on 
  Riverside Drive in White Oaks. Fawn Ridge Road in Lowell Park is 
  inundated near the boat dock.
