The Flood Warning continues for
  The Cowleech Fork Sabine River At Greenville.
* At 1145 PM Tuesday the stage was 13.45 feet.
* Flood stage is 14 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage shortly
  and crest near 15 feet this morning before quickly falling below
  flood stage.  
* At 14 feet, minor out of bank flooding will occur along the river 
  reach.
