As of 930 PM Tuesday, only very light rain or sprinkles lingered within the Advisory area. However, runoff from generally 2 to 5 inches of rain over the past several days will likely continue to result in at least localized pockets of minor flooding into Wednesday. This will mainly impact low-lying areas and small creeks and streams, and perhaps a few rural roads. As of Tuesday evening, law enforcement continued to report water over at least a few rural roads in southern portions of Rooks and Mitchell counties. However, widespread flooding is not occurring or anticipated. Some locations that may experience flooding, include mainly rural areas outside the following communities... Beloit, Plainville, Osborne, Stockton, Downs, Cawker City, Glen Elder, Natoma, Palco, Tipton, Woodston, Damar, Alton, Zurich, Asherville, Simpson, Hunter, Scottsville, Victor and Webster State Park. Please note that separate river Flood Warnings have also been issued for the South Fork Solomon River near Osborne, and the Solomon River near Beloit. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying spots. && LAT...LON 3913 9961 3952 9960 3955 9793 3922 9793 3922 9849 3913 9849 $$ Pfannkuch
