North central Elko County in northeastern Nevada... * Until 845 PM PDT Tuesday. * At 241 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated moderate to locally heavy rain has fallen over the South Sugarloaf burn scar which will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to a half an inch of rain has already fallen. * Some locations may experience minor flooding, loose vegetation and falling rocks... State Route 225 between Wild Horse Reservoir and Mountain City and roads within the South Sugarloaf burn scar. Additional rainfall of one tenth of an inch is expected over the area.
