The Flood Warning continues for
  The Elm Fork Trinity River Near Carrollton.
* At 1215 PM Tuesday the stage was 8.61 feet.
* Flood stage is 8 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to a crest near 9 feet 
  by late Tuesday afternoon. The river should fall below flood stage 
  Wednesday after midnight.
