This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North 
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A winter weather advisory has been posted for 3 to 6 inches of 
snow, with locally higher amounts possible. Winds will also 
gust up to 40 mph. The locally higher snowfall amounts may occur 
within narrow bands. Impacts within these narrow snow bands will 
be the greatest, with the wind driven snow causing low 
visibilities. This could make the evening and Thursday morning 
commutes hazardous in places.
