At 1112 AM CDT, heavy rain has ended across the area, but many 
creeks and streams continue to run out of their banks. Widespread 
rainfall of 1 to 2 inches and as high as 2.5 inches has fallen on 
saturated soil over this area overnight. 

Duck Creek in the Quad Cities will continue to high and out of its 
bands in a few locations in the Quad Cities through early afternoon. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
