ROCK ISLAND...JO DAVIESS...WESTERN CARROLL...JACKSON...EASTERN
CEDAR...SCOTT...DUBUQUE...EASTERN JONES...EASTERN MUSCATINE AND
CLINTON COUNTIES...

At 925 AM CDT, radar indicted pockets of heavy rain continued from 
Galena, through Clinton into eastern Rock Island County. 

Emergency management has reported flash flooding in Dubuque County, 
with water over a road. Up to two inches of rain have already 
fallen. Flash flooding is likely occurring over parts of Jackson, 
Clinton, and Jo Daviess counties. An additional half to one inch of 
rain is possible through late morning.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Davenport, Dubuque, Moline, Rock Island, Bettendorf, Clinton,
Muscatine, East Moline, Maquoketa, Galena, Durant, Silvis, Eldridge,
DeWitt, Milan, Camanche, Asbury, Dyersville, Le Claire and Coal
Valley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small 
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying 
spots.
