central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Frost Advisories and Freeze Warnings are in effect overnight
into early Friday morning. Freezing temperatures are likely
for several hours late tonight along and north of Highway 30,
with frost and lows in the mid 30s likely over the remainder of 
the Outlook area.

Area rivers are experiencing flooding. Please see the latest 
Flood Statements and Flood Warnings for details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

Flooding will persist on many area rivers through early next
week.
