.SHORT TERM...Today through Friday...Isolated showers in the
Western Magic Valley and Southern Twin Falls County will end by
noon as an upper trough moves to the south of the area. A dry 
northerly flow aloft will follow the exiting trough, resulting in 
decreasing clouds. Patchy fog in the northern valleys this morning
will dissipate by noon. The northerly flow aloft will transition 
to northwesterly on Friday for continued mostly clear skies. 
Temperatures will be warmer today with highs mainly in the 50s. 
The warming trend will continue on Friday with highs mainly in the
mid 50s to mid 60s. Winds will be light.

.LONG TERM...Friday night through Wednesday...A cold front in 
Montana will bring a reinforcement of cooler air from the north on
Sunday. Precipitation will stay well east of the area. 
Temperatures will be around 10 degrees below normal. Upper level 
ridging begins to build across the region on Monday and will move 
overhead by Wednesday. This will bring a warming trend, with near 
normal temperatures by Wednesday.

.AVIATION...generally VFR. Mountain obscured, with improvement 
after 21z/Thu. MVFR to IFR near KJER KTWF with isolated showers 
overnight, clearing after 21z/Thu. Light surface winds becoming NW
5- 10kt during the afternoon. Winds aloft at 10kft MSL: N-NW 
5-15kt.
